Decision on Sacramento Presbytery Resolutions: The Synod of the Pacific Permanent Judicial Commission recently heard the case that Davis Community Church (Complainant), along with four other congregations in the Sacramento Presbytery, brought against the Presbytery (Respondent) for adopting four resolutions at a specially called meeting on September 9, 2006. All four resolutions were set aside.
